All Tytane products are manufactured to Australian Standards.Tytane recommends seeking information and advice from the product place of purchase before installing any product. Tytane Pty Ltd works closely with its resellers to ensure each store can provide or recommend to its customers a professional trades person to install all Tytane products. Tytane highly recommends that the purchaser use professionals recommended by the stores to ensure the products are installed correctly. This will ensure many years of pleasure for the purchaser. It is very important before purchasing any Tytane product that you read and understand the terms and conditions of our warranty. Vanity units should be checked carefully for damage and correct fitting before installation. Tytane will not cover any claim after the product has been installed. It is very important when handling or fitting any Tytane vanity that have glass tops that you take great care. Do not sit the glass bowl down on cement floors or uneven ground. Do not tile directly down onto the glass bowl and take care not to over tighten the waste plug as this may cause the bowl to break at a later time. It is best to use silicon around the bowl to allow for some movement and will prevent the glass from breaking. Tytane will not cover any products under warranty if the product has been used as floor stock or resold after initial purchase. In the unlikely event that something is wrong, please contact your place of purchase, providing your installer's name, proof of purchase and a detailed summary of the problem.
